Delivery and Shipping Information

• For a limited time, there is free delivery on all orders (via Royal Mail)

• All orders will be sent via Royal Mail's 24 tracked service.

• Same Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 12 midday (Monday – Friday)

• Any orders placed after 1pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the next working day.

• All orders can be tracked throughout the order process

• We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man

• We do not currently offer international shipping, but watch this space!

Please expect delivery within 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

We work extremely hard to provide an outstanding and prompt service, however there may be factors outside of our control that mean delivery is longer than specified. In the unlikely circumstances you have not received your order in this time period, please contact our customer service team who will assist you further.

Returns and Cancellation

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.clouchamatcha.com.

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or online exchanges.

Cloudcha Matcha reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.

Our refund policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and Regulations.
